H1N1 (Swine) Flu Virus Information
Vaccination Clinic for BCSD Students
on Friday
Posted November 17, 2009
South Central Public Health District will be holding a
FREE H1N1 vaccination clinic this Friday (November
20th) from 12:00
PM to 5:00 PM at Hailey Elementary School. Earlier
this fall we sent home letters requesting parents complete
and return a form indicating whether or not they wanted
their child or children to receive the H1N1 vaccine. Those
who returned the forms will receive first priority at this
vaccination clinic. This is a closed clinic
for students of the Blaine County School District, the Community
School, area pre-school children, and siblings ONLY.
In order to prevent overcrowding and congestion, we are
suggesting that the following schedule be used. If you have
children that attend more than one school, they may be brought
in together for vaccinations. Children of area preschools are
also welcome to be brought into the clinic at anytime during its
operation.
Hailey Elementary Students: 12:00 am – 1:30 pm
Bellevue / Woodside Elementary Students: 1:15 pm – 2:45 pm
Hemingway Elementary Students: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
WR Middle School Students: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
WR High School Students: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Community School Students: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
