Strategic Planning Process Meetings BCSD 21st Century Student Performance Indicators Shift Happens Video Teams

The Planning Team The Planning Team is part of the District’s ongoing Strategic Planning Process and is composed of about 100 members. Initially the Planning Team was to be composed of 50-60 members, but due to the overwhelming interest, the numbers were raised to about 100. There is equal representation of parents and staff from each school, along with secondary students, and members of the community. The Planning Team assumes a significant role in the design, support and success of strategic initiatives that emerge from the planning process.  They will be designing the strategic approach based on the data they collect and will ultimately recommend the strategic direction to the Board of Trustees, for their approval.
