Board Meetings

The Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise posted.  Special meetings may be called by the Chairman with proper notice to address important issues and/or emergencies.  Meetings are usually held in the District Office conference room at 118 West Bullion Street in Hailey.  The public is encouraged to attend.  If you wish to speak at a Board meeting, please click Public Comment Procedure for more information.

The Superintendent prepares an agenda in advance of each meeting that is made available to Board members and the community through the District web page and local media.  Minutes are transcribed after each meeting and made available here.

2009-2010 Board Meetings

A schedule of the current school year's Board meetings is listed below.  *Note: All meetings are scheduled on the second Tuesday of the month except for April. The April 14, 2010 meeting is scheduled on a Wednesday due to a scheduling conflict with the Annual NSBA Conference.  We will add special meetings as they are scheduled.  Agendas and Synopses for all our meetings will be posted in a timely manner.
